Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the following countries with these rates:
- Netherlands — €5,45
- Belgium — €9,50
- Germany — €9,80
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over €50,- to the Benelux.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 6–8 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@tailsandbubbles.com before sending a return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible via email with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.
